Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My wellness journey has been a transformative experience, especially as I’ve navigated the unique challenges of midlife. After years of pushing through lifestyle obstacles, I found the clarity and strength to turn my life around, rediscovering a version of myself that’s stronger, healthier, and more resilient. Now, I’m deeply passionate about helping others to the same.

As a personal trainer and wellness coach, I’m here to empower others in their own journeys. Through dynamic Bootcamps and personal training sessions right here in Lisburn . I guide my clients to build strength, boost their confidence, and achieve meaningful weight loss goals. Whether it’s through energising large group workouts of small group coaching, I’m committed to helping each person transform from the inside out. Lets thrive together and make midlife the strongest season yet!!
